About this product

PRIMO WATER SEAL is a clear, Siloxane based resin-in-white spirit. This
siloxane resin used in manufacturing the PRIMO water seal solvent borne
product is a high performance, water repellent, clear, non yellowing type. It
penetrates deep into masonry surfaces forming a strong bond without
changing the natural appearance of the substrate. Its water repellent
properties prevent chloride penetration, act to reduce cracking, spalling,
freeze/thaw damage, efflorescence, excellent resistance to alkalis and UV
light, and dirt pickup.
